Connector terms of use
These terms govern authorised use of the CRK QuickBooks Connector. The connector is an internal, read-only operational tool and is not an accounting service.
1. Operator
The connector is operated by Silver Obelisk T/A CRK Maintenance, Unit 41 Le Touessrok, Ramsgate, KwaZulu-Natal, 4185.
2. Permitted use
Only authorised CRK personnel may use protected connection controls. Users must comply with Intuit's terms, applicable law and CRK's internal confidentiality and security requirements.
3. Read-only limitation
The production foundation is intentionally limited to reading approved QuickBooks information. It does not authorise or provide functions to create, edit, delete, email, void, approve or pay accounting records.
4. User responsibility
QuickBooks remains the accounting system of record. Users must verify material accounting conclusions in QuickBooks and obtain appropriate professional advice where required. Connector output must not be treated as automatic approval for payment, filing or submission.
5. Availability and changes
CRK may suspend the connector for security, maintenance or compliance reasons and may update these terms when the service changes.
6. Disconnecting
The authorised administrator may revoke the connection at any time. Revocation prevents further QuickBooks API access until a new Intuit authorisation is completed.
